• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You agree not to misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

• FableWell is sold as a recurring digital subscription unless otherwise stated.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and may auto-renew.
• You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account settings.
• Eligible purchases are covered by our 30-day refund policy.

4. AI-Generated Content

Story text and illustrations are generated by AI and may vary in style, accuracy, and output. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing it with children.

FableWell may use non-personal and de-identified generation data to improve product quality and safety. We do not intentionally use personal identifying data for AI model training.

5. User Content & Acceptable Use

• You retain rights to the original input content you provide.
• You grant FableWell a limited license to process your content to operate the service.
• You may not use FableWell for unlawful, harmful, or abusive content generation.

6. Intellectual Property

The FableWell platform, branding, and software are owned by FableWell and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

FableWell is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FableWell disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
